50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

A pre-authorization of €431 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure
Notes
💰 FEE SCHEDULE & EXTRA SERVICES
• Approved Pets: $200.00 flat fee per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed on the property.
• Firewood Allotment: $00.00 complimentary within reason. The woodshed is attached to the outside freestanding garage near the main entry. There is a Woodchuck wheeled wood carrier provided to help you easily transport logs to the house.
• Early Arrival & Late Departure: $200.00 each. By advance request, an early arrival (11:00 AM) or a late departure (3:00 PM) will be accommodated whenever the cleaning schedule permits. For example, if both options are elected, a $400.00 fee is due upon request.
🚫 VIOLATIONS & SYSTEM ACCIDENTS
• Excessive Overnight Guests: Not Allowed. Any number of adult guests over our maximum capacity of 6 is a strict violation of the rental agreement and puts your security/damage deposit into play. Anyone aged 12 and over is classified as an adult. We can accommodate up to 2 extra children on cots by prior arrangement.
• Recycling Non-Compliance: $50.00 penalty fee. Guests must separate and recycle Glass, Metal, Plastic milk jugs, Soda/Water bottles, and Cardboard. If these materials are not properly sorted from the regular trash bags, this penalty charge applies.
• Septic System Clog: Up to $500.00 billing fee. If a guest is found responsible for causing a septic system backup or clog by flushing prohibited items, they will be billed for the actual plumbing and servicing costs up to $500.00.
🚜 WINTER ROADS & TRACTOR SERVICE
• Vehicle Extraction Service: $100.00/hour (with a mandatory 2-hour minimum). Access roads up our private lane to the house are well maintained; however, all-wheel drive, four-wheel drive, and/or studded winter snow tires are mandatory during the freezing mountain months. We do not offer refunds if a guest fails to navigate the winter road conditions. If you get stuck, our private tractor extraction service is available at this hourly rate.
